Join our General Yoga Class on Tuesday evenings 7:15pm (1hr) in Lane Cove. Enjoy a well-rounded practice that introduces you to the main aspects of yoga and meditation. From here, together we can formulate specific practices that are most beneficial to you and encourage your home practice as well as support you with workshops and other materials to keep you going. Suitable for all levels. All equipment is provided.
Casual $25, 5-Class Pass $110 ($22 each) Valid for 2 months, 10-Class Pass $200 ($20 each) Valid for 3months.
Treat yourself to undivided, individualised attention and personalise your yoga and meditation practice further. We ensure your technique is perfect every time with modifications given specifically for you. You also learn practical tools and concepts you can apply to your everyday life. Prior to attending the sessions we look at what brings you to yoga, your life-style to find out how the yoga practices can be of most benefit to you. This way we make the most of our time together. Therapeutic Yoga – MS Australia
We offer a Therapeutic Yoga Class on Monday mornings 10:45am (1hr) in Lane Cove in partnership with MS Australia for those affected with multiple sclerosis. Practices are adapted to meet you where you are at. We use props including, chairs, blocks, straps, tennis balls, bolsters and cushions for comfort. There is a beautiful sense of connection and sharing as we practice yoga and meditation together.

We have developed a creative, uplifting approach to Yoga, Meditation and Dance. Build strength and tone, increase energy and flexibility, have fun as you develop your creativity! You are guided every step of the way through our improvisation work and artistic exploration. No previous dance or yoga experience is required as you take your yoga into the performing arts.
Yogadance explores our being and tells a story through music and movement. It follows yoga principles and technique, yet takes creative license to explore the boundless possibilities of yoga practices in performance as a means for joyful expression and self-discovery.
